One of Tampa's top L&E boutique law firms is seeking an employment litigation associate to support its core practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented attorneys. The successful candidate will work as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. The candidate will also work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. Candidates should have prior L&E experience, or business litigation experience in Federal court.
