This firm's IP practice includes patent drafting, prosecution and enforcement, technology transfers, patent acquisitions, trademark prosecution and enforcement, and the protection of trade secrets and copyrights. They also advise clients on copyright matters and assist in obtaining federal copyright registrations, in addition to drafting and negotiating license agreements and assignments related to copyright and trademark rights. Candidates must have prior IP experience at a law firm and excellent academic credentials. This is a partner track position at one of Jacksonville's top business law boutiques.
