Role Description
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for legal research, client consultations, drafting legal documents, and providing sound legal advice. The role also involves working on labor and employment law cases, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court as needed. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Dallas, TX.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, including personal injury and labor and employment law
- Exceptional skills in providing Legal Advice and effective client communication
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Legal Research to support case preparation and strategy
- Demonstrated ability in skillful Negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Commitment to upholding professional ethics and delivering high-quality advocacy for clients
