Our client is a fast-growing $500M software company who is looking to add to their dynamic team. Dynamic, tech-centric environment that values precision, problem-solving, and teamwork."Key Responsibilities: Clearly outline the duties related to the required experience:Manage and process multi-state and international payrolls.Lead or assist with payroll audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, with a specific focus on California (e.g., CA wage and hour laws, sick leave, final pay rules).Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to ensure accuracy of wage, tax, and deduction calculations.Collaborate with international HR and finance teams to ensure accurate global payroll data.Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts.Required Qualifications: Specify the mandatory skills and experience:5 years of proven, full-cycle payroll processing and analysis experience.Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP)In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws, with expert knowledge of California payroll regulations.In-depth knowledge of Payroll ComplianceProven experience with global/international payroll operations and vendors.Experience supporting payroll-related reporting and audits.Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is highly preferred.Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k) matching, Paid Time Off,Salary: $80K-$90K-Email 'only qualified resumes' to: pkuzmich@millerstaffing.com
