We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee the physical upkeep of our internal and external commercial properties. In this role, you will manage a team of 2 Facility Technicians while performing hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct the daily work of the Facility Maintenance team to ensure high productivity and quality safety standards.
- Systems Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building plumbing and electrical systems (including electrical panels up to 480 VAC).
- HVAC & Systems Support: Assist with HVAC preventative maintenance, calibrations, filter changes, and repairs to pumps/compressors.
- Structural Repairs: Perform routine carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and physical structure repairs for interior and exterior buildings.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute and document predictive/preventative maintenance schedules using maintenance inventory and work order software.
- Groundskeeping: Oversee and assist with seasonal outdoor upkeep, including clearing drainage, minor landscaping, and winter snow/ice removal.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Help other departments with heavy moving, furniture assembly, and basic facility modifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent and technical or college preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial facilities maintenance experience AND previous supervisory experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480 VAC), commercial plumbing, and basic carpentry.
- Software: Proficiency with Work Order systems and Maintenance Inventory software.
- Tools: Must provide your own standard working hand/power tools.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Class 1H3 certification for Freon application.
- Hands-on MIG welding experience.
- Experience handling predictive and preventative maintenance data.
