We’re hiring a VP of Sales & Marketing to lead top-line growth across a portfolio of precision-engineered motion solutions used in advanced industrial and scientific applications. This isn’t a pure strategy role—we’re looking for a leader who pairs revenue accountability with a deep understanding of how to sell highly technical components into OEM environments.

This role oversees direct sales, global channel management, marketing operations, and customer engagement across core market verticals including medical devices, lab automation, defense, aerospace, and next-gen imaging. The ideal candidate brings experience working with customers who value precision, speed, and reliability at the microscale—and knows how to navigate complex sales cycles with engineers and technical decision-makers.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Leadership

  • Own and execute a revenue growth strategy across direct and indirect channels.

  • Lead a consultative sales process for OEM components, NRE projects, and high-precision automation platforms.

  • Develop and expand relationships with global partners, reps, and distributors, ensuring performance and alignment with business objectives.

  • Prioritize high-value customer segments with strong technical alignment and multi-year revenue potential.

Marketing Strategy

  • Drive marketing execution through collaboration with internal stakeholders and an external digital marketing team.

  • Position products for differentiated value in highly competitive technical markets.

  • Lead product launch planning, content strategy, SEO, lead generation, and campaign management with an eye on conversion metrics—not vanity metrics.

  • Identify new market segments or use cases aligned with core engineering capabilities.

Commercial Operations

  • Lead forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking using Salesforce and SyteLine ERP.

  • Ensure smooth integration of sales efforts with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

  • Support quoting, contract negotiations, and order management with attention to technical, cost, and scheduling factors.

  • Guide pricing strategy for both standard products and custom-engineered solutions.

Market & Customer Insight

  • Act as voice of the customer in internal planning—bringing feedback from OEMs, integrators, and researchers back to product and operations teams.

  • Stay on top of trends in industrial automation, mechatronics, optomechanics, and precision instrumentation.

  • Represent the company at select trade shows, customer visits, and technical events where relationships are built and insights are gained.

What You Bring:

  • 10 years in technical sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within industrial technology, motion control, or automation.

  • Proven track record of growing B2B revenue through direct sales and channel networks.

  • Experience selling to OEM customers in industries such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or life sciences.

  • Familiarity with technical products requiring integration into complex electromechanical systems.

  • Strong understanding of consultative sales strategies, value-based pricing, and long-cycle deal structures.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, ERP tools (SyteLine a plus), and digital marketing practices.

  • A blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the judgment to know when each is needed.
