The Mission
Lead the integration of a recent acquisition, overhaul operational systems, embed scalable processes, and build out a tech-enabled backbone across engineering, manufacturing, and service. Your mandate is to measurably increase profitability in the first year and position the business for sustainable growth.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and serve as the internal execution leader.
What You’ll Tackle
Transform a recently acquired systems integration business into a profitable service organization.
Modernize manufacturing and operations using automation, data, and business intelligence tools.
Drive cultural change—lead teams to adopt faster, more agile, and more accountable ways of working.
Own execution across engineering, production, QA/QC, supply chain, and facilities.
Who You Are
A proven operator with turnaround or transformation experience. You’ve led large-scale change.
You may not have held the COO title yet, but you’ve run point on operational strategy and delivery.
Deep understanding of automation, industrial products, or engineered solutions.
Financially fluent and experienced in pulling levers that improve margin and throughput.
Technically curious—strong interest in digital tools and data-informed decisions.
A servant leader who coaches high-performance teams and leads by example.
Relocation is not required, but you must live in the Bay Area and commit to being on-site.
