Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide primary nursing care for patients
- Assume responsibility for the nursing care process, including assessment, plan of care, intervention, and evaluation
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent Mother Baby/Postpartum experience
- Mother/Baby and postpartum nursing care
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Family-centered care collaboration
- Active RN license in the State of Rhode Island (or compact license, if applicable)
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- NRP certification required
- Proficiency in English language
- Flu vaccine required
- COVID-19 vaccine required — no exemptions
