- Strong Inventory /Cost accounting
- General Ledger, Forecasting, Balance Sheet, for the surgical unit
- 2 years experience we want someone to hit the ground running.
- Support plant finance function within Operation finance.
- Collaborate with cost center & plant manager, functional leaders & Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets/quarterly projections; including clear documentation of assumptions & posting in JDE ERP System. Own cost accounting function for manufacturing plants.
- Record month-end journal entries (accruals, reclasses, charge in/outs, & prepaid amortization) for all cost centers supported; ensure accurate reporting of financial results in JDE.
- Analyze financial variances for cost center actuals, projections, and budget. Compile Month-End Balance Sheet account reconciliations. Support inventory accounting and inventory reserve analysis.
- Ad-hoc analytical support for cost center managers on an as-needed basis. Provide project support for continuous improvement for the group as a whole.
- Ability to work in a face-paced, challenging environment; strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven, proactive, and seeks continuous improvement.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2 years of experience - Financial analysis / Accounting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
