Title: Financial Analyst / Accountant (Budget/FP&A)
Location: Warwick, RI (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite pr week)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Budget / FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for a dynamic finance team. This role partners closely with department leaders to drive the annual budgeting process while providing financial analysis and operational support in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review departmental and organizational budgets.
- Partner with department managers to support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Perform ad hoc financial reporting, analysis, and modeling to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Support finance initiatives and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related finance experience.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning software strongly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred but not required.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation
- $40–50/hr W2
- Duration: 4–5 Months
- Schedule: Monday & Friday – Remote Tuesday–Thursday – Onsite
