Associate is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of their assigned work team. May assist executives in, record maintenance, and generating reports regarding operations, etc. Uses company software (SAP) to update documentation, compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Intermediate Computer skills, (excel, PP, etc.)
- Knowledge in document control
- Maintenance of electronic archiving system, computer files management
- Process Document management
- Experience or knowledge in DOCO/Quality Preferred
