We are looking for a hands-on technician to help maintain equipment and support smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
- Complete routine servicing such as lubrication and part replacement
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
- Document maintenance activities and update system records
- Monitor equipment performance and report concerns
- Support maintenance inventory and tool organization
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work with operations teams to minimize downtime
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of maintenance or technician experience preferred
- Technical training (mechanical, HVAC, electrical) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools and maintenance equipment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
