Preventative Maintenance Technician

Join Millennium Print Group as a Preventative Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Durham, NC. If you’re passionate about equipment reliability and hands-on maintenance, this is your chance to support operations that produce world-class trading cards.

What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
- Complete routine servicing such as lubrication, calibration, and minor repairs
- Document maintenance work and track equipment performance
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
- Support maintenance inventory and parts tracking
- Partner with operations teams to minimize downtime
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of maintenance or technician experience preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or facility systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using tools and maintenance equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus
