We’re looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do:
- Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Partner with leadership to execute operational goals and performance metrics
- Monitor workflows, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery standards
- Coach and develop team members, including performance management
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
