Supply Chain Director

MCL is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead all supply chain functions, including quoting, purchasing, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment. This role is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for driving performance across cost, margin, service, and scalability as the business continues to grow.

The Director of Supply Chain reports directly to the President and works closely with Sales leadership to ensure pricing discipline, operational excellence, and strong execution across the business.

·      Own and lead all supply chain functions, including quoting, purchasing, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and shipping

·      Take full ownership of quoting, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, speed, and margin discipline

·      Negotiate vendor pricing, contracts, payment terms, and freight agreements

·      Partner closely with Sales leadership to support pricing strategy and profitable growth

·      Own performance tied to COGS, gross margin, and departmental operating expenses

·      Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 6 direct reports

·      Design, implement, and improve supply chain processes to support growth and scalability

·      Analyze data and performance metrics to drive cost reduction and service improvements

·      Resolve vendor and supply chain issues related to pricing, delivery, quality, and execution

·      Participate as an active member of the MCL Leadership Team, contributing to company-wide initiatives

·      Represent MCL professionally with vendors, partners, and at industry events

·      7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or procurement

·      Prior responsibility for pricing, quoting, margin, or cost control strongly preferred

·      Experience leading teams and driving performance through others

·      Background in manufacturing, distribution, or complex supply chains preferred

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

·      Proven growth as a multi-time PA Fastest Growing Company
