We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator who will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive products accurately, on time, and with the documentation required to meet their quality standards. This position combines logistics, shipping, ERP transactions, quality documentation, and customer support responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
Shipping & Logistics
- Process inbound, outbound, and drop shipments through our ERP system.
- Generate packing slips and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
- Track shipments and proactively address delivery issues.
- Process stock orders and customer shipments.
- Verify shipping addresses and shipment details before release.
- Prepare, package, label, and verify shipments for delivery.
Quality & Documentation
- Verify Certificates of Compliance (CoCs) and test reports.
- Create Certificates of Compliance when required.
- Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain shipment records and supporting documentation.
- Verify quantities, batch codes, and product information before shipment.
Customer & Team Support
- Communicate with internal team members regarding customer shipments and order releases.
- Assist with order entry and customer support activities.
- Help resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues.
- Maintain customer-specific shipping preferences and requirements.
Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Maintain shipping supplies and materials inventory.
- Process company shipments and internal packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Safely lift, move, and prepare products for shipment.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, order processing, or related experience.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working within ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Preferred
- Experience with shipping software and carrier portals.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience handling quality documentation or compliance records.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, distribution, or industrial environments.
