Quality Engineer

MCL is seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Quality Director and help drive supplier quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement as we continue to grow. This is an on-site role ideal for a detail-oriented, technically curious individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

·      Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance management

·      Investigate and resolve quality issues and product defects with suppliers and customers

·      Support corrective actions and ensure timely, effective closure

·      Assist with ISO audit preparation, customer audits, and supplier audits

·      Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, and records

·      Analyze data and trends to improve quality and supplier performance

·      Gradually support customer-facing quality interactions with guidance from the Quality Director

·      Strong deductive reasoning and logical thinking

·      A thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement

·      Comfort with math, data, and metrics

·      High attention to detail

·      Strong organization and time management skills

·      High appetite for change and challenges

·      Accountability and ownership

·      Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset

·      3–5 years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or manufacturing-related roles

·      Experience in electronics, PCB manufacturing, or familiarity with IPC standards is a plus, but not required
