Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has a great opportunity available for an IT & Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Oyster Bay, New York. The IT & Business Systems Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions while keeping IT teams organized and efficient. This role involves implementing business systems, coordinating between software and hardware teams, and streamlining IT processes. The position requires working with stakeholders across all departments to gather requirements, evaluate technology solutions, and ensure successful system implementations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for new software projects and enhancements to existing custom-built and purchased applications including MRP, scheduling, quoting, and price/delivery systems
- Manage the Kace ticketing system and improve workflows and reporting.
- Work with IT Manager and outside vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions
- Coordinate system rollouts and user training; create user guides and training materials for business systems
- Partner with our Manufacturing Process Analyst to ensure technology solutions support manufacturing workflows and process improvements
- Help standardize IT processes and improve team communication; document IT procedures and workflows
- Organize and improve SharePoint site structure and content management
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes using Microsoft and other tools
- Works with external vendors on website content management improvements and enhancements
- Serves as backup for desktop support
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, IT, or related field
- 5-10 years related business analysis or IT coordination experience
- Demonstrated analytic, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Understanding of software development processes
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, VB, PowerShell, and MS SQL
- Knowledge of project management and documentation tools (SharePoint, Visio)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems (Kace experience a plus)

- First Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- Pay: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
