Not a CNA yet? We will sponsor you to attend class and become Certified.
After 6 month of employment as a CNA we will sponsor you to attend Medication Assistant training to be become a MA-C. After 3 months as an MA-C we will sponsor you to become an LPN.
Job Duties: Newly hired nurse aides train on their shift with established nurse aides to ensure proper orientation. Nurse aides are the foundation of care at our facility. In addition to routine care, they also provide all aspects of our residents' activities in daily life.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Current and valid CNA certification.
- Experience in patient care within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and service.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Commitment to report on time to every assigned shift.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure high-quality patient care.
Current Opportunities:
- We are hiring for full-time positions.
- We currently have opening for 7AM to 7PM and 7PM to 7AM. (Working a 12 hour shift allows you to have 4 days off.)
