What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair functionality issues on high-tech and critical equipment, including extruder and injection molding machines
- Perform and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for optimal equipment performance
- Execute specialized maintenance work requests, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions
- Lead special projects including machinery installations, layout modifications, and equipment refurbishments
- Apply A3 root cause analysis and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
