We’re hiring a Showroom Assistant for our Los Angeles showroom (Located in the California Market Center Building - CMC) to support day-to-day operations and the sales team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for someone seeking experience in wholesale fashion, showroom management, and sales support. This position plays a key role in maintaining the showroom environment, supporting account executives, and ensuring samples and products are organized and market-ready at all times.
- Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the showroom at all times
- Manage samples, including receiving new products, tagging, organizing, and removing discontinued styles
- Support account executives during LA Markets, trade shows, and while they are on the road
- Assist with showroom appointments and help ensure a smooth, elevated buying experience
- Help with daily operational tasks, including merchandising, organization, and showroom upkeep
- Assist with prep and breakdown for markets and in-showroom events
- Support the sales team with general administrative and day-to-day needs
- Strong interest in fashion, wholesale, and showroom environments
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Willingness to take initiative and support a team in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of shifting priorities
- Early career: 0–3 year experience preferred (recent grads welcome!)
- Hands-on experience in a working showroom environment
- Exposure to wholesale sales, markets, and account management
