Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $21–$22/hour (based on experience and certification level)
Milestones Childcare & Preschool LLC is seeking a warm, energetic, and EEC Certified Preschool Teacher to join our growing team! What You’ll Do:
- Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports each child’s growth and development
- Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with Massachusetts EEC guidelines
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration
- Collaborate with co-teachers and administration to ensure a positive and consistent classroom experience
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and school events
Requirements:
- EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (Required)
- Prior experience in a licensed early childhood setting preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable, professional, and committed to creating a positive classroom culture
Schedule:
- Full-time, year-round
- Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
