Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a school environment under BCBA supervision.
- Support students in acquiring new skills and reducing undesired behaviors.
- Collaborate daily with teachers, aides, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate daily session notes and documentation in compliance with RBT standards.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- 1–2 years of experience working with children or in pediatric settings preferred.
- Newly certified RBTs are encouraged to apply—we offer strong onboarding and mentorship
