Milacron is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Batavia, OH. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting manufacturing operations through system-based inventory auditing, documentation, and fabrication support activities.

Work You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, variance investigation, and system adjustments
- Audit floor stock using scanning tools and resolve discrepancies to root cause
- Generate and manage fabrication tags by printing blueprints and labor hours, assembling documentation, and delivering completed tag packets to the fabrication shop
- Monitor inventory transactions and part usage across multiple internal systems and Excel to support production needs
- Communicate inventory status, shortages, and corrective actions to manufacturing and leadership teams
Required:
- Experience in inventory control, inventory auditing, warehousing, or manufacturing support roles
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working across multiple systems
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet daily production-driven deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience supporting a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Prior use of ERP or inventory management systems
- Familiarity with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, or production documentation workflows
