Work You’ll Do
A team of approximately 10 grinders working during all 3 shifts.
Basic Qualifications
Work You’ll Do
- Verify correct product using job traveler.
- Set-up and operate a Grinder machine to blueprint specifications.
- Select and change Grinding wheel to achieve appropriate finish for screws
- Monitor machine performance and perform preventative maintenance to assure continuity of production.
- Monitor and ensure all fluid levels are maintained on all equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low levels and discrepancies to supervisor.
- Must use precision measuring tools specific to job.

Basic Qualifications
- Basic math skills required, advanced preferred; general computer skills; knowledge and understanding of various measuring devices.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Technical school w/certificate is preferred.
