What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Receptionist/Scheduler position at Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC?
Our growing, family-owned dealership is looking for a Receptionist/Scheduler to support daily office tasks and provide excellent customer service. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service for our customers while answering phones.
- Routing calls to the proper departments.
- Assist in filing car deals.
- Providing as a backup cashier on an as-needed basis.
- Scheduling service appointments for oil changes, repairs, maintenance etc.
- Filing and any other office duties assigned.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have great time management and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate would have strong customer service skills, able to work in an office setting, and a team player. This candidate must be adaptable to change and have hard-working attitude.
Previous receptionist and/or dealership experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. We only ask that you bring a positive attitude to the work environment!
