Role Description
This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm), on- site position located in Brookfield, WI. The BDC (Business Development Center) Service Representative will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outbound communications, assisting customers via phone and email, setting appointments, and cultivating customer relationships to enhance satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with our service team to ensure seamless and personalized customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and build meaningful relationships
- Proficiency in Communication and Sales, including discussing customer needs and promoting available services
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) or Dealer Management System (DMS) tools is a plus
- Previous experience in automotive sales is beneficial but not required
