We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and support daily administrative needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive
- Receive payments and maintain accurate deposit logs
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as requested
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous auto dealership experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Hours & Schedule:
- Mon-Thur 2PM-8PM
- Sat 7AM-5PM
