## Duties
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate overall meal production
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
## Experience
- Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and traditions
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team
