What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Management Project Manager position at MIGSO-PCUBED?
Passionate about Transformation and Change Management? Looking to join a growing team of project management professionals?
MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a Project Manager experienced in transformation change management to join our team and support our engagement in the Seattle area.
Who We Are
MIGSO-PCUBED is a global management consulting firm focused on delivering Project, Program, and Portfolio Management as a service. We partner with clients to help them turn strategy into reality by driving digital transformation, IT innovation, and operational excellence.
As a Project Management Consultant, you will join a team of professionals who are shaping the future of organizations across multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and more.
We are looking for someone motivated and excited to learn to join us as a Project Management Consultant in the Greater Seattle area.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Change Manager with proven experience leading transformation and change initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of cross-functional leadership, change management, program management, communication, and training capabilities.
What You’ll Do
While some assume the work of change is part of the project manager's job, here at MP, we understand the value of a separate change management approach. As part of your responsibilities, you will:
- Develop and apply change management strategies to align leaders around cases for change, vision, and success
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
- Create and monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
- Engage with communications, training, and related partners in the formulation of plans and activities to support project implementation
- Assist participants in understanding what role they play in the change process and help move them across the "chasm" of emotion that exists in any transformational initiative with as little friction as possible
As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. We are expanding rapidly this year, so if you think you would be a good fit to join our team, do not hesitate to apply!
