Your Next Challenge:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to develop and expand our business and your network while fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across the Energy industry.
As a Business Manager, you'll master the art of juggling three essential elements of our organization:
- Business Development: Keep the business development beat going strong. You'll build your portfolio, identify growth opportunities, manage the scope of activity by building relationships with key account customers, and sell premier Project Management services. Think of it as making the ultimate business connections in the Bayou City.
- Management and Recruitment: Our people are our secret ingredient. Partner with our Talent Acquisition Team to interview and hire top candidates to support and develop your Hub’s consultant team. As a manager and leader, you'll identify growth areas and empower your team to reach their potential through coaching, career path development, and more. You'll be the mentor they never knew they needed but always wanted.
- Profit Center Management: Ensure project success alongside your consultants, Delivery Managers, and clients. Manage revenue growth and profitability objectives of your business unit while guaranteeing client satisfaction. Keep the hustle and bustle productive and profitable.
Who Are You:
- You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred), with 4-10 years of experience in service sales or client account management.
- You have experience closing large scale business deals with enterprise level organizations.
- You have a keen interest in the various industrial projects and the challenges of the energy sector.
- You love solving customers’ critical problems with our project management services and solutions.
- Ideally, you have some Project Management experience. If not, no worries—we’re ready to invest in your development.
- You’re business-minded, results-oriented, and possess the self-discipline, consistency, and desire to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams. Plus, you have a knack for building and maintaining impactful relationships internally and with clients.
- Local to the Houston Area.
