Job Overview
Mighty Fine Donuts is a staple in the community known for its Award-Winning donuts and customer service. We are hiring Cleaning Crew Members to help maintain a clean, safe, and food-grade production environment in our bakery. This role is essential to keeping equipment and work areas ready for daily production.
Responsibilities:
· Disassemble, wash, rinse, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment
· Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and production areas
· Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility and surrounding areas
· Follow established cleaning and food safety procedures
· Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment
· Support production readiness for daily operations
· Inventory and restock cleaning supplies
Requirements:
· Hard worker willing to learn the skills needed as cleaning / janitorial position
· Passion for ensuring high-quality standards
· Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
· Willingness to learn safety and cleaning processes (training provided)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning
· Cleaning experience is preferred
Benefits:
· Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour with potential pay increases
· Training: In house paid training will be provided for reliable, motivated candidates

Qualifications:
· 18 Years or older
· Dependable transportation
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Ability to work in all types of weather
Potential Schedule:
· Between 5:00pm - 1:00am (typically 5-6 hour shifts)
· 3-4 days per week (Monday - Sunday)
· *Schedule may vary on a weekly basis. Saturday & Sunday are high priority for hiring
· Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
· Expected hours: 20-30 per week
