What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Service Specialist position at Night Owl Office Cleaning LLC?
We are an office cleaning company looking for a part-time Janitor, or Custodian, to take care of our customer's buildings and carry out cleaning and general maintenance.
Applicant must have their own mode of transportation and smart phone!
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Dependable and flexible work schedule
- High school degree
Locations
A location by Penn State Behrend would need to be cleaned once a week over the weekend (2 hours per week).
A location in Fairview would need to be cleaned once a week over the weekend (1 hour per week).
A location in Girard would need to be cleaned once a week over the weekend (1 hour per week).
A location in Erie would need to be cleaned once a week over the weekend (1 hour per week).
A location in Edinboro would need to be cleaned once a week over the weekend (3 hours per week).
We are looking for someone who would be able to clean all 5 locations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
