What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner Janitorial Worker position at Advanced Cleaning Systems, LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and other common areas
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
