We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to homes and businesses while maintaining a professional, friendly attitude with every client.
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential homes and commercial properties according to company standards.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors.
- Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, and other surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean mirrors, windows (interior), and glass surfaces.
- Restock supplies when needed.
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleanings.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Arrive on time and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
