- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and human resources practices
- Experience as an EMS Recruiter is preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies to attract emerging talent
- Proficiency in technical recruiting methodologies for specialized roles
- Ability to conduct executive recruiting for high-level positions within the organization
- Proficient in HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates effectively
- Familiarity with JazzHR platforms is a plus
