Join our team as a Surgical Technologist and play an important role in supporting our surgical team and providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of the operating room while following established federal, state, accreditation standards, and facility policies and procedures.
You will work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure each procedure is safe, efficient, and well-prepared.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and organize equipment, instruments, and supplies based on patient needs and physician preference.
- Anticipate the needs of physicians and ensure all necessary equipment, instrumentation, medical gases, and supplies are available for procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment concerns and confirm all equipment is functioning properly before use.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked surgical suites.
- Follow appropriate attire and safety requirements within restricted areas.
- Apply knowledge of sterile processing standards and safe handling of surgical instrumentation.
- Assist with inventory management and supply organization.
- Support the surgical team in delivering the highest standard of patient care.
Required
- Proof of identification and authorization to work in the United States.
- Previous operating room experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Two (2) or more years of hospital operating room experience.
