Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) team. Duties

• Conduct thorough preoperative patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, vital signs, and physiology to determine appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia using evidence-based techniques tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort during procedures.
• Manage airway control and ventilation strategies effectively across diverse cases, including complex airway management scenarios.
• Monitor patients continuously during procedures by tracking vital signs, oxygenation levels, and other critical parameters using advanced EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or similar platforms.
• Provide postoperative pain management and recovery support while adhering to NCQA standards for quality care.
• Document all medical interventions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure seamless procedural flow.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current licensure in the state of practice.
• Proven critical care experience in settings such as ICU or emergency departments is highly preferred.
• Strong background in anesthesiology with specialized knowledge in pediatrics, geriatrics, physiology, anatomy, and pain management.
• Demonstrated expertise in airway management techniques and patient monitoring during anesthesia procedures.
• Excellent skills in patient assessment, medication administration, injection techniques, and medical documentation.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms used within hospital or outpatient settings.
• Experience working within hospital environments or outpatient surgical centers that adhere to NCQA standards for quality assurance and patient safety.
