We are looking for a Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Regional Sales Managers in assigned area.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Track actual performance against expectations and modifies strategies.
- Work with customers to better understand their needs and goals.
- Estimate sales volume and profit
- Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed
- Attend Trade Shows
- Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Dealership sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (or other email programs)
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion in a timely manner.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
