Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Tow Truck Operators to join our team at LTR. The Tow Truck Operators that are hired will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our tow trucks to assist stranded motorists and transport vehicles to designated locations.

As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be expected to respond to service calls in a timely manner, assess the situation, and secure vehicles for towing. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers in stressful situations. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a variety of towing scenarios is crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Previous experience as a Tow Truck Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals who demonstrate the necessary skills and qualities we are looking for.

Qualifications:

• A clean driving record and must be at least 25 years old
• No experience necessary as we have an amazing training program
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours - scheduling is negotiable
• Accountable, honest, and a go-getter attitude

The Tow Truck Operators must adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safe transport of vehicles and the well-being of all parties involved. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects are also important requirements for this role as well as working a rotating overnights with your teammates.
