You will be responsible for providing hands-on training, guidance, and support to our students as they learn the skills necessary to become successful CDL holders.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive CDL training courses to students, covering topics such as safety operations, vehicle inspections, basic skills every driver should know, etc.
- Evaluate student performance through driving practice and skills assessments
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help students improve their driving skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- Teach the skills you already use every day
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL with clean driving record for at least 2 years
- Prior experience not needed as Valerie will train you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
- Patience and adaptability since each of our trainings are individualized based on the student's needs.
- Able to work outside in all climates and not afraid of a little dust or dirt.
- Like some exercise - as we walk and guide our students on our lot during some of the exercises.
