Position Summary:
Motivate and direct table to complete customer orders in an efficient manner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements listed below.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Experience:
1 year in an office or manufacturing setting leading a team of 4 - 6 employees.

- Monday-Friday 6:30a-3:00pm.
- Overtime as required including Saturday.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in organization of table workflow to maximize efficiency with implementation of new steps.
- Aid in continuous improvement within workflow in processing department.
- Make sure of a consistent flow of work is provided to the processor without interruption.
- Assure each processor in their work center is achieving the company’s expectations of that processor regarding both quantity and quality.
- Provide necessary tools for their table to complete orders.
- Address personnel issues.
- Communicate to the Floor Supervisor any issues that prevent orders from shipping.
- Check all products before shipping for quality assurance.
- Responsible for teaching employees (new and current) processing techniques.
- Must be able to motivate in a positive manner.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to file alphabetically.
- Must be able to work independently and direct a diverse group of personalities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and operating manuals.
- Must possess organizational skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
