Wagner is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on role working with a variety of equipment to produce high-quality metal products.

With a 4-day workweek and a $5/hour shift premium, you’ll earn more while working fewer days.
What You’ll Do
· Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment (saws, presses, benders, polishing equipment, etc.)
· Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
· Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
· Record production and labor in our system
· Support team members and help keep production running smoothly
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or mechanical work preferred
· Ability to use basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
· Comfortable working with your hands in a fast-paced environment
· Basic math skills (fractions and measurements)
· Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
