Second Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.
Shift Premium: $5.00/hr. for full time roles.

Join Wagner as a Machine Operator on 2nd shift and take advantage of a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) plus a $5/hour shift premium.
We’re looking for hands-on individuals who enjoy working with equipment and take pride in producing high-quality work.
What You’ll Do
· Operate a variety of machines (saws, presses, benders, polishing equipment, etc.)
· Perform basic maintenance and adjustments to keep machines running
· Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
· Record production and labor in the system
· Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
· Experience as a machine operator, CNC operator, or in manufacturing preferred
· Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
· Reliable and able to work independently
