CNC Machine Operator First Shift

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators for our Mill and Lathe departments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, utilizing your technical expertise to transform raw materials into high-quality precision components.

This position is for first shift Monday - Friday 5:30am - 2:30pm or 6:30am - 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills or Lathes to produce high-quality machined parts that meet strict specifications.
• Utilize metrology tools—including calipers and micrometers—to verify part accuracy and identify production quality issues as they arise.
• Perform tool changes and machine offsets to maintain tight tolerances and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints to guide the machining process.
• Work effectively under the guidance of supervisors while maintaining the independence needed to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with performing offsets and tool changes is highly preferred.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
