We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Mechanic / Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing the job right. The majority of your work will focus on automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, with occasional opportunities to work on larger vehicles or equipment.

This role offers variety, independence, and the chance to use your troubleshooting skills every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on cars, trucks, and other vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine service
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, and general mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment
• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs or maintenance
• Replace worn or damaged components and parts
• Work on occasional heavy-duty vehicles or equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Keep your work area, tools, and equipment organized and ready for use
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding repairs and service needs
• Work with the shop team to keep jobs moving efficiently and vehicles completed on time

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic, Service Technician, Automotive Technician, or similar role
• Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems
• Experience diagnosing and repairing brakes, suspension, steering, and other vehicle systems
• Comfortable using diagnostic tools and shop equipment
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
• Tire service experience is a plus
• Heavy-duty or equipment repair experience is helpful but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Dependable and safety-conscious
• Valid driver’s license required
• Automotive certifications or additional mechanical training are a plus
