We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented team members for a medical clinic. We currently have openings for part-time evening cleaners.
Available Positions
- Part-Time Evening Cleaners: Approximately 3-4 hours per night
- Schedule: Monday–Friday evenings
Because this is a medical environment, we need individuals who understand the importance of cleaning, disinfecting, and attention to detail. Every area cleaned contributes to our commitment to Protecting Health Through Clean.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility. Dependability and exceptional attendance are essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect assigned areas throughout the medical clinic
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Clean windows and other surfaces as assigned
- Use a backpack vacuum weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Bend, twist, squat, and lift approximately 20–30 lbs.
- Remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service while working around clinic staff and others in the facility
- Have reliable transportation to and from the work location
- Successfully complete a background check
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and customer-service focused
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to take initiative and identify what needs to be done
Compensation
Wages vary based on the position and facility assignment. Some positions may qualify for a Performance/Attendance Bonus of up to an additional $2.00 per hour. These incentive positions require exceptional reliability, attendance, attention to detail, and consistently high-quality service.
