Office Manager for a Cool & Emerging Drywall Company
Monday to Friday in Oceanside, CA
7:30 AM to 4 PM -OR- 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Role Overview: As the Office Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our operations. We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented professional to oversee a broad range of tasks including:
- Oversee office operations and provide top-tier support company-wide.
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, job costing, and project statuses.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, as well as financial planning.
- Compile timely reports and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage company emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Facilitate scheduling among staff, clients, and vendors.
- Organize job postings and screen applicants.
- Execute employee onboarding and termination procedures.
- Ensure timely business renewals and compliance.
- Maintain organized electronic records.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in a managerial or administrative role within a construction-related environment. Drywall product knowledge is a plus!
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Excel, excellent verbal and written communication, and effective time management.
- Attitude: Proactive, energetic, and ready to handle a variety of responsibilities with a positive can-do attitude.
