Warehouse Package Handler

This position plays a critical role in sorting, loading, unloading, and preparing packages for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area. Location: Bohemia, NY 11716

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:30 AM – 7:00 AM (Launch Schedule)
Shift may transition to 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM after the first few months.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

• Load and unload trucks manually or with pallet jacks.
• Sort, stage, palletize, and prepare packages for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and scan products using RF scanners.
• Wrap pallets and prepare outbound shipments.
• Perform quality checks and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Move materials throughout the warehouse to support daily operations.
• Assist with assembly line or light production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Break down boxes, dispose of waste materials, and assist with general warehouse housekeeping.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus (certification preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
