Retail Sales Associate – Farm Store
Midstate Co-op Ellensburg,WA.
$17.50 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time Position / Part-Time Available.

At Midstate Co-op, you’ll stay active, learn practical skills, and help customers solve real problems — from irrigation and fencing to livestock and hardware.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help customers find the right products and solutions
- Work both inside the store and outside in the yard
- Load heavy items like pipe, fencing, and feed
- Cut and prepare materials (pipe threading, metal cutting, riser cutting)
- Run the register and handle transactions
- Receive freight, stock shelves, and keep things organized
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Fill propane tanks (must be 18 )

Requirements
- Must be 18 (for propane filling)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Experience That Helps (But Not Required)
We’ll train the right person, but it’s a plus if you have:
- Retail or hardware experience
- Farm, livestock, irrigation, or fencing knowledge
- Warehouse or freight experience
- Forklift experience (helpful, not required)
